The Buzz Starts Here

The dynamic new web design for our re-named short film competition (formerly known as WESTfest) is by Robert Leeper of North385 Media. “Leeps” (his reference) has been instrumental in giving dynamic facelifts to both the Paramount’s parent site www.paramount-abilene.org (which I hope to upgrade soon as well –Leeps) and now to this re-birth of our short film competition.
